Refund policy

  • The original customer must provide the original receipt for refunds, exchanges or store credit.
  • All item return requests must be executed by the customer within 14 calendar days starting the day after delivery/pickup for refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • After the 14-calendar day return window has expired, at sole discretion from Gorilla World, item(s) may be returned for store credit or exchange only with 15% restocking fee applied.
  • All returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition with the exception of item(s) damaged or defective.
  • Definition of "new, unused, and unaltered condition" is showing no signs of wear and tear in any way to the product.
  • All special and custom orders are not returnable unless otherwise specified in the particular item's description.
  • For items that are damaged by Gorilla World or its vendors, defective, or delivered incorrectly, contact us immediately as these items are subjected to be returned within 14 calendar days.
  • Defective, damaged, and wrong items will be given the choice of store credit, refund, or exchange of the same item(s) if the particular item(s) is in stock.
  • Defective, damaged, and wrong items will not be subjected to any restocking and transaction fees.
  • All returns are contingent upon inspection by Gorilla World. 
  • A 15% restocking fee on the total sale of the item(s) being returned shall be applied to items returned or exchanged that: were not damaged from Gorilla World, not defective, and not being exchanged due to Gorilla World or its vendors being at fault.  
  • If manufacturer or private label distributor of an item that's being returned for warranty states that the customer was at fault due to user error, the customer's return request will be denied, and customer will be responsible for all fees that Gorilla World endured during the warranty claim process.
  • If customer purchases item for pickup at Gorilla World, the customer has 14 calendar days to pick the purchased item up. If customer fails to pick item up during this time frame, customer will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • All Delivery fees are non-refundable except for cases of wrong items sent or delivered, defective items, and items damaged by Gorilla World or its vendors. After the return window has expired, delivery fees will not be refunded. 
  • Customer must give Gorilla World back the mail in warranty registration card on all appliances in order to have return request approved. 
  • Refunds should be issued in 4 weeks or quicker after process is started.
  • When pickup or delivery process is complete, all mattress, bedding, furniture, and lumber return requests will be denied.
  • When roll flooring products have been cut for customer, return requests will be denied.
  • Boxed flooring items must be unopened to qualify for returns.

 

Canceled orders:

  • Contact Gorilla World as soon as possible by the "Contact us" link in the footer area and call (405) 224-5007
  • Include order number.
  • If contacted before order is in transit or picked up within the 14-calendar day window, customer shall receive full refund minus the transaction fee.
  • Processing fees vary.
  • If customer requests to cancel order after the transit stage, refund will be made based off the refund policy.
